Red to mahogany product, produced from completely ripe, healthy undamaged washed strawberry.

Appearance: Red to mahogany, color changes allowed during storage, free from skins, stones and all foreign substances
Consistency/Structure: Uniform, pulpy without seeds
Aroma: Typical of its kind, pleasantly fruity, without any alien odor
