Frozen garlic cloves/dices are made of sound garlic, which have been selected, cleaned, peeled segments. The garlic segments are immediately quick frozen and stored at minus18 DC for 7 days prior to export.

Coliform: ≤ 10cfu/g

Listeria monocytogcnes: Negative
